Daniel Lungren asking their fellow representatives in the House to cosponsor H.Res. 278, the Global Security Priorities Act. As you will note the resolution calls for a reduction in nuclear warheads. The savings from reduced nuclear weapons expenditures, according to the Act, would be used to provide support for nuclear threat reduction as well as support for global child survival activities.
